General Manager, Bene Esse
Kent has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 1000 companies, including Tektronix and Xerox.
Kent has identified and aided in the conviction of multiple hackers, including a federal industrial espionage case.
In service to his community, Kent has been featured in articles in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, as well as several documentaries.
He founded and ran as executive director a nonprofit organization called Skaters for Public Skateparks, and in 2008 was invited to the board of the Tony Hawk Foundation for two years.

Kent is founder and CEO of 214 Alpha, which serves as the technological basis of making sure Bene Esse can scale.
Ruth Glendinning

A veteran of Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), and Choctaw Nation, Ruth Glendinning is the founder of Future Story Lab.
The core of Ruth's work is building ecosystems of relationships, connections and creative partnerships in projects that are mapped to real needs in the market, catalyzed by expanding technology and activated by personal relationships.
As a natural product of the ecosystems built, she designs & implements platforms and systems to develop, produce & sustain local wealth.
In 2010 Ruth was recognized on ABC World News Tonight for repurposing a defunct grocery store into an incubator that launched over 90 household-scale businesses.


Trudy Martinez
Secretary
As a deeply-educated and experienced health practitioner with over 40 years experience in the medical domain, Trudy Martinez, is committed to the well being, integrity and sustainability of all her clients. This is true whether it is an individual or a community.
This human-centered work was the precise preparation she needed to be the product designer and co-founder for 214 Alpha. As a non-technologist, she brings the perspective needed to create products that identify, emerge and strengthen the unique perspectives of the humans who will be using them.
She is the steward and lead guide on the C.A.L.M. model, which guides a community from outrage to stewardship, through service; the essential work needed to prepare individuals and communities to grow a sustainable economy and local governance.
Jacklyn Westbrook

Jacklyn is a versatile professional with expertise in the intersection of information security sales, research, and performance arts.
As an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) researcher, Jacklyn’s keen analytical skills enable her to navigate the complexities of cybersecurity with precision.

An accomplished Intermediate Actor Combatant, Jacklyn is proficient in a wide range of fight choreography, including unarmed combat, longsword, knife, small sword, single sword, rapier, dagger, and sword and shield.
She is proudly certified by the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD), bringing authenticity and skill to every performance.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jacklyn is also a passionate mom, deeply committed to nurturing and raising her children with care and dedication.
Jacklyn brings a unique blend of intellect, creativity, and nurturing spirit to everything she does, balancing her career, passions, and family with grace and enthusiasm.
